Solution bjornl Nov 16, 2017 Wap : bjornl : Just set it to be the default boot device and then do a 1 time boot to your windows media. there's nothing special to allow the nvme to run at it's desgined speeds? Nope. It is quite simple. If you can select it in your bios as the default boot device, then it will work.

Asus prime 2Z70-K Samsung 960 m.2 nvme So long as you can see the NVMe drive in your BIOS as a storage drive, installing Windows is the same process as it would be on SATA drives. Upvote 0 Downvote
