Installing windows on new SSD

I'm building a new computer and I have the HDD from my old computer which has windows installed on it. With the new build I got an SSD to put my windows on. I've read about cloning, can you just clone the OS files? If not I was just wondering if there is any way to get windows on the SSD without buying another liscense. Also would I need to delete windows OS from the old HDD.

Yeah after I posted this I realized how easy was to search for the solution, didn't know if I could delete this post.

No problem mate, im not trying to be harsh but there any questions posted every 10 seconds or so and some are the same question all day
