Installing Windows Restarting Cycle

Hey guys,

Im trying to install windows on a new SSD, but when I go to install it and boot from the Windows CD, it gets to the black screen that says "Loading Windows files" then enters the "Starting Windows" screen, sits on that for about 30 seconds then restarts. I have tried using multiple hard drives and have even tried using a USB boot version of Windows with no luck.

Any help is appreciated.

Sounds like the problem is with the computer, since you have tried multiple hard drives and even the usb bootable version.

I would try using a different computer. The only problem with this is that if you successfully install windows on the hard drive in a different computer, then that hard drive will only boot in a computer that has the exact same hardware.
