Hello,
First I installed windows 7 ultimate and then I wanted to istall windows vista but it does not work and now windows 7 is also not working. I tried to install xp but failed. Now I am trying to install window98 from a bootalbe USB flash drive but I dont know the commands to run the edit options

First of all, what OS did the laptop actually come with? You shouldn't have had to install anything if it was new. Pretty much anything that works with Vista will work with 7, so there was no need to try and set up a dual boot. Do a repair on Windows 7 to get it working again... Vista's bootloader will not recognize Win 7, that is why you can't boot 7 anymore... you loaded Vista's bootloader over top of Windows 7.

Windows 98 will not work on anything that new. You will never find drivers for the hardware. Win 98 setup won't even recognize the hard drive, since it is likely SATA and formatted to NTFS.

Actually I formatted the hard drive during instalation of vista. And now when I am trying to install windows 7 ultimate it asks for CD/DVD device driver loading. But when I give drivers which I have downloaded from dell website it does not works and says no drivers were found.
