instead of programs starting normally they start in the background

Hi ok so this problem has been persistent over the past month or so, so basically what happens is i start a program the cursor shows its loading so i wait for a while and nothing happens. I check the task manager and it shows the program is running in the background while it's not running at all. please help

like sometimes steam wont start or orgin wont start
other times its like geforce experience or other programs

You have an awful lot of stuff running in the background. I would start by stopping everything you don't absolutely have to have from running on start up. What kind of memory usage are you seeing in the performance tab of task manager?

of o restart the computer it works but i dont want to keep doing that

Your task bar doesn't have a lot of space to work with there, i wonder what windows 10 does if you load more programs than it can display on taksbar - i would test it but with 4k screen i would have to load almost every program installed at once.
