Question (Insternal) Hdd not recognized while still have power

So basically i have a 500gb segate 7.2k rpm hdd,it was find for over 2 years,then a few weeks ago i started hearing some noises and a few more days the windows crash i started looking at the 500gb hdd but it seems its not the power,then i tried instalking windows on other hdd and it work, when i put my 500 gb its doesnt read in bios nor folder,so is it the sata? And does my hdd still work/be recover

The noises you've heard were it some kind of ticking sounds coming from the hard drive? if so sometimes that means the hard drive is starting to fail.

Its just like when booting up an pc hdd sound but its start looping

If you can, boot from pendrive linux. this will help you create one:

then this:

will tell you if drive is dying or just windows failed to fail.
if drive is just software-damaged:
https://help.ubuntu.com/stable/ubuntu-help/disk-repair.html.en
else backup what you can and buy new drive.
