Insufficient memory to initialize visual foxpro

I am currently using an XP operating system and I am working on Visual Foxpro program but every time I execute the application, I receive a message of "Insufficient Memory".

It only requires 64mb - 128mb of memory. What do you have ?

Sorry, I overlooked the Operating system that I have. My OS is Windows Server 2003 and my memory is about 1.98 GB. I think I have a lot of memory but the system is sending an "Insufficient Memory" when I execute a the Visual Foxpro program. Does my computer needs debugging or whatever? Thanks in advance and I hope our community can learn something to the problem that I encounter......
