Int. ati 4200 or msi nx8400gs pci-e for newbie oc'ing

I have a gig. ga-ma785gm-us2h w/the ati hd 4200 and i also have a msi nx8400gs pci-e installed only using i at a time don't really know how to use both concurrently...yet. which would be better for newbie overclocking. (currently reading articles on oc'ing for newbs)
searched, can't find article on which one is better or both together... so here i am, bothering you guys.

amd 64 x2 6000+, 6 g/b ddr2 667/5300 1.8v kingston val. ram, arctic cooling freezer 64,
acer 22" x2223w, mag 15" lcd tv/mon , barely adequate junky 400 watt psu, amd oc'ing s/ware, msi oc'ing s/ware and enough fans to make you think you live next to L.A.X.
starting orthos 1st run stab. test when i quit typing.
a push in the right direction would be appreciated immensely.

i can't find the toolbar or the edit button...
i just read tom's article on oc'ing the hd 4200 on a gig. board very close to mine (almost double the graphics output) wonder if the 8400 will be better, i've just read that oc'ing integrated stuff is pointless, according to the gasp from the professionals that were replying in that thread.
please consider my original thread edited.

solved, more or less,
after finding tom's article on oc'ing the 785 chipset it seems you can oc an onboard card, at least the ati 4200 anyway. now taking the nx8400gs back out and enabling the 4200, i wasn't impressed w/yhe 8400 very much.
wish i could find where my toolbar is so i could end this thread.
