Question Intake fans turning when power off

Hi guys,
A guy at my local computer shop plugged my two intake fans to motherboard and now when my PC is turned off at the plug, the front two fans still turn. I have a MSI B450 tomahawk Max. They guy from the shop said it’s a setting in the bios (will attach message below).
I’m not sure where to find such setting so some guidance would be appreciated

Can't seem to get the message uploaded but it reads,

"It'll be a bios setting that has reset to its default, you'll need to go into the bios and look for anything to do with turning off lights in S5 state in the section to do with power, i'm assuming that's where it'll be but not sure as I don't like or stock MSI boards"
