Intake/Output Fans To Keep Clean/Cool

If I'm looking to keep my case as clean as possible (less dust) and cool

Should I have more intakes than outputs or vice versa?

Currently I have

200mm intake at front
120mm intake on bottom

140mm output on top
200 output on top
H80i output back

more intake less out put creating positive pressure and be sure the intakes are filtered.

if you have too many out puts then dust get sucked in from evey crevice, at least waht you have a controlled input and filtered you know that the air comin in is clean and dust free.
