Hello guys, i was wondering, i have a integrated graph card and a normal one, my motherboard does alow the usage of both at the same time, and im running win 7 32bit. At the moment im using dual screen, one monitor connected to my normal GPU and the other to the integrated one.
GPU specs :
Nvidia GeForce 9400GT 512 mb DDR II

Integrated one :

I overclocked both of them in hopes of better FPS in games.
I was wondering, since both are connected at the same time, does my preformance increase maybe? Or does it decrease?

We would need way more information on your computer.

What are all of your specs, and what program (edition of VirtuMVP) is it using to use both?

Honestly, I don't know that it would make much of a difference - you'd probably see more benefit from doing a clean install of win 7 64 bit.

They do not operate in SLI.
The dedicated card is the ONLY one being used, the on-board is simply being used as a display port.
Don't overclock the on-board, rather not risk burning them out for they're passively cooled. And it provides no benefit to your gaming experience.

I did some preformance tests and my FPS in some games increased, after the instalation of the integrated card. Could it be because of that? Since my dxdiag is reporting increased memory on both GPU`s. Im new to this so i wanna find out.
