Integrated gpu memory

So i have intel hd graphics 510 and 4gb of ram
It shows that the dedicated amount of vram is 128mb out of 2 gb usable(i think)
So my question is
If i play a game like cs go .. should my integrated gpu use more than that 128mb to get a better performance.. or i have to change it manually.?

That is controlled through the BIOS but you won't really get a big performance boost.

Anyway i installed cs go and it looks like it works fine
