So I was going to upgrade my graphics card, but I found out that the graphics card was integrated and I don't have a PCI 16X. I do have a One PCI Express half-size mini card socket (Gen 2.0) but I don't think it helps.
The graphics card I have now is Nvidia GeForce 710A.
I was thinking of getting a new motherboard but I can't get the right form factor.
Here is the link to motherboard specs:

Is there anything I can do do get a new graphics card?

The more I look at your board, the more I notice. It's physically the same size as a micro-atx board, but the holes for the motherboard to mount are in different spots. Also it doesn't have rear panel connections like a normal motherboard so it's unlikely that you can mount a new motherboard in your current case. It also doesn't seem to use a regular 24 pin connection for power, so your power supply wouldn't work for a regular motherboard. Probably the only thing compatible with another setup would be the processor.

Your CPU is slot 1155 so you could use it and replace everything else, but you might do better to sell your current computer whole since only the processor could be reused. Sorry for the bad news. I thought I had seen proprietary hardware before, but that setup takes the cake. Bah, after a little more research I tracked that motherboard down to being in an "All in one" computer. No, you cannot upgrade graphics in an "All in one".
