Integrated graphics card's driver compatibility

Okay , so recently i upgraded my windows 7 for windows 10 home. Unfortunetly , during the setup process i did not have internet connection. After that , i connected to internet and windows downloaded all adequate drivers. But , the graphics card (to be precise , display adapter) did not update , i did not have all the resolutions in display settings and everything was kinda slow. I downloaded manually from nvidia's site the driver , but from time to time i get BSOD with nvlddmkm.sys causing fail. I tried the method of expanding nvlddmkm.sy_ to nvlddmkm_sys and it helped , the BSOD now happens less often , but it still exist.

And yeah , before i continue , the name of my graphics card is Nvidia geforce 7025/nforce 630

Now , my graphics card's driver is pretty old , dates back to 2013. and that is probably causing the problem.

On nvidia's site , i've found a driver that supports my graphics card and it's release date is 2015.2.24. It is named GEFORCE 309.08 DRIVER , you can see it here :

Even though it is a newer driver , it shows that Windows 7 64-bit, Windows 8 64-bit, Windows Vista 64-bit are compatible. Now here comes the million dollar question :

Could i use this driver?

Windows 10 has enforced driver signatures and I would be suspect about using a Win 7 driver as it won't be signed for win 10. Using driver above may not work for same reasons

you lucky its only driver that doesn't work, Nforce 630 is about 11 years old now, my last motherboard had Nforce 680 on it, and its driver support ended in win 8 era. You might want to buy another cheap GPU and use it if you have that option.

Okay , so i actually found something. Certainly , there are no official drivers for nvidia geforce 7025 but i found some guy on youtube with a video about drivers for that card , for windows 10. He put the following link in the description :

The site looks suspicious , it is russian and to be honest with you , it smells like a malware , but again i'm not sure

Wow , that was unexpected but easy to do. So i actually found a site with the drivers adequate to my motherboard. Here it is : LINK
Check it out and you'll see there are graphics driver out there and they are supported by win 10.

I think it should work fine but should i trust these Driverscape site?

Those win 10 drivers are actually win 8 drivers based on the release date being 2013 and Win 10 not being released until 2015. They may run into the driver signature thing I mentioned before, they might work fine though so its worth a try.

I don't like 3rd party driver sites, especially if they offer drivers the actual makers of hardware don't. I wouldn't use their driver utility.

Again, why not just get drivers from the motherboard manufacturer's web site. Maybe if you tell us what motherboard you have, we can find them for you?

Wolf, his motherboard is a Gigabyte M68MT-S2P based on the link he supplied, but as for which revision, he needs to tell us exactly as there is version 1, version 2.3, version 3 & version 3.1 - see https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-M68MT-S2P-rev-10#ov

@Colif - If you're referring to the Driverscape link, it didn't work for me. Win10/FF just immediately closed it so thanks for linking the actual board. Having looked at the each of the four revisions, the VGA driver versions, size, and release date for each OS are all the same. I'd suspect the Windows 7-64bit driver would work for his system, regardless of the motherboard revision.
