Integrated Graphics?

Okay so I have this ASUS U47A-BGR4 and I was wondering if I could upgrade the crappy integrated graphics to an actual graphics card.

Like is that a thing you can do? If so, would anyone mind telling me how to go about this or direct me somewhere that will?

So you have a laptop with integrated graphics. Recently there was a company Lucid who came out with a external means of upgrading your graphics mind you it is quite pricey and for a decent chunk of the population would not be worth it.
