Integrated Intel® GMA X4500 Graphics

Hello,
I purchased this Dell 537s box with the above listed Integrated video card. But it is lagging on the games I play. Can I add any video card or what would you suggest?

Very unlikely, the system has been allowed by dell to come with a Radeon 4350 which is a entry level card for desktop/media graphics, NOT gaming. The system itself may only come with a 250W-300W PSU preventing any more powerful GPU due to cable and power limitations.
