what is the pixel shrader of Intel's GMA x4500 integrated card

Just don't expect good performance from it. Intel graphics is really not meant for games. However, at least the Intel HD 3000 graphics core in some of the "Sandy Bridge" Core i3/i5/i7 is a little more powerful than the desktop version of the Radeon HD 5450.
