Hey guys, recently my laptop has been acting up. I have a decent machine: i7 processor, 12gb ram, nvidia geforce gtx 950m and integrated intel hd graphics 5500 card. Since a few weeks, when I play League of Legends, my sound starts crackling and popping, and if there are others sources of sound (voice chat, or youtube music playlist) my laptop just freezes with a loud buzzing sound and I have to hard reboot it. I've put my laptop back to factory settings, but the problem persists. Tried re-installing league, but problem also persists. I updated all my drivers (sound and graphics). I think it may be something with my graphics card. When I disabled the intel graphics in my device manager, the crackling sound was gone, but the game just runs soooo slow that it's not playable. Anyone has an idea what this could be? Or how i can make my nvidia graphics card run everything? Because when I disabled intel, i couldn't make my nvidia card take over the screen settings and so. Sorry if my explanation is a bit vague, but I'm no expert in these kind of things.

If you still have warranty i would get it checked overall this is why i recommend PCs lol but its fine , It could be That your internal components could be damaged this has happend to me due to me through my laptop around like it was nothing,i would go into bios And see if it is on or not,i Would Download older drivers Because this could be due to new updates or anything ?
And what laptop do you have??
And have you spilt a liquid recently on your Laptop, this could've fried your speakers,
if none of these work uninstall your Integrated Graphics.
And download Driver Booster 3 from Iobit it resolved my problem, But if you have warranty i recommend and Oh yeah Try Safe mode

feel free to contact me if you need any more help 😀 -Harshy
