Integrated mic and headset question.

Hello, I got an old laptop for old games and for surfing the Internet and I wonder if I buy an average headset if my microphone could be listened well by others on TeamSpeak or if it would sound bad because my integrated sound board is bad.

Are you going to sing opera over team viewer ? If not don't worry about sound quality of built in sound, it's most probably better than on your phone with a quality microphone.
