[SOLVED] Integrated microphone doesn't work

Hi!
I installed Windows yesterday, so I don't know very well. My problem is that my pc doesn't recognize the microphone of my apple headphones (they have only one jack 3.5, so my pc ask me what they are, and I can't choose two options.
I have the msi b360i gaming ac, if it can help.

You can try an adapter which converts headset's "combo" jack-plug in to two separate ones, but not guaranteed to work if headset was designed for an iPhone or has an in-line microphone button:
