Integrated or Gpu what is better?

I have a asus computer model m32bf bo5 http://livetrendlaptops.com/asus-m32bf-b05-desktop-pc-review/ it has integrated graphics R7. i have a radeon hd 7790 from a old computer? should I put this in or is the integrated better? any help is appreciated, thanks.
