Part of Intel's investigation is that the Vmin is increasing in degrading CPUs. It is thought that crashes are a result of the CPU no longer attaining the needed voltage to perform. Anandtech states this, if they have interpreted it correctly.

Does that mean that the minimum values (Vcore/Core VIDs Minimums) we are seeing from monitoring apps like HWiNFO64 might be giving us a clue on the state of degradation? Just curious, my values after 0x129 are:
14700k with XMP enabled to get the DRAM to 3000 MHz


Core VIDs Miniumum: 0.706 V
Vcore Minimum: 0.728 V

No clue what they were when I bought it, but curious about others values for comparison
