Intel 2 core q8400 in hp dc7900?

Hello. I'm upgrading my hp compaq dc7900 small form factor. But I have a question. Will it work if I put a Intel® Core™2 Quad Processor Q8400 in there? My power supply is 240 whats
I'm upgrading from a Intel core duo 3.00 ghz
