Intel 3570k 4.5Ghz at 1.4v

As said in the title, I OC'd my 3570k to 4.5Ghz (Technically a 103 BCLK with a 44 multiplier) With this, I had to ramp up the voltage to 1.4V. What I want to know is that if the voltage is safe enough.

Avg idle temps: 31C
Full load: ~60-70C

CPU: Intel 3570k
Mobo: ASUS P8Z77-V LX
Memory: Patriot HyperX 8GB (2x4GB)
Cooler: Hyper 212+

Quick google looks like 1.35 - 1.4 is highest recommended. I don't like anything over about 1.25 (can get 4.4 on mine with that).

OK thanks! Wasn't sure because there were a lot of contradictory sources. Most of them made me jealous of their 1.3v 4.7Ghz OC... :/ Anyways, thanks again!

I had my i5 3570k at 4.8 on 1.27v max with temp max at 65c. I try to keep it below 1.3v.
