Intel 3770k or Intel 4820k or Intel 4770k

Hi all my question is do I get the Intel 3770k CPU with a Asus maximus V extreme mobo or the Intel 4820k CPU with the Asus X79 Sabertooth Mobo (open to change with mobo) or the Intel 4770k CPU with a Asus Z87 DELUXE MOBO (Open to change with mobo) Or should I get a whole new/different CPU and MOBO? Mobo budget: around £250, CPU budget: around £260

What are you going to be using the computer for?

There is not much difference between the 3770k and 4770k. The 4770k draws less power and has a reputation for being more finicky with overclocks. The 4820k is near identical to the 4770k except that it requires more expensive X79 motherboards.
