Intel 4000 vs GeForce 620m

So I bought new laptop which have Intel 4000 & GeForce 620m on it. Which one is better? In device manager I can/want to disable one because I don't know which one my application/game using, or should I leave them booth on?! (Maybe application/game will decide by it self which one to use)
I use Sony Vegas 12! Tested booth cards and with Intel 4000 it's rendering faster. Checked some games on http://www.systemrequirementslab.com and it shows only GeForce 620m.

The 620m is probably three or four tiers above the 4000. The 4000 may render faster because it has hardware acceleration but games will be best with the 620m.
