intel 530 Windows 8 fast boot

when i try to boot up in fast mode with my intel 530 ssd it doesnt show u in boot order but when i disable fast boot it shows up again. is there any way to make it work?

Update its firmware, it and the 520 have buggy firmware. And both can also disappear after reboots
