Choose a CPU based on the FPS you want in the games you play. Choose a gpu based in the graphical settings you want in the games you play at that FPS.
That CPU will without a doubt perform over 70 FPS in overwatch (can perform above 144fps actually).
With that GTX 1060 3Gb you could play overwatch at epic settings 1080p with minimum of ~70FPS ( average ~ 95)
