Intel 6550, 6750, 6850 CPU on Intel 975xbx2

Anyone know if the 975xbx2 will support the new CPUs with the 1333 bus. I guess this would be unofficial support as none of these CPUs are listed on Intel's site.

If there is already a more in-depth thread on this please link so I can read up about it.

I doubt it, with X38 just around the corner it will be time for a upgrade.

The uCode for the CPUID String 06FBh for G0 processors is in the latest Bios release of BX97520J.86A.2777.

That means the board will support the new G0 processors even though Intel has not updated their processor support page with them yet.
