Question Intel 660p greatly under performing?

When I was researching the Intel 660p it was getting around 1300 mb/s on crystaldiskmark however, now that I have it installed and working it only manages a measly 136 mb/s (

Gigabyte AM4 GA-AB350-Gaming 3
Ryzen 1600
NVIDIA RTX 2060
12 gb of 2400 DDR4
500 gb WD black drive 50% full (Games)
1 tb Intel 660p 29% full
1 tb WD blue 76% full (More games + videos and such)
650 watt power supply (don't know if you need but here it is anyway)
