Intel 82578DC Gigabit Network error

Recently my psu blew, so i installed a new one along with a new graphics card. Since restarting im now no longer able to connect to the internet. I get an error 651 when attempting to use my established connection, i get an error icon and a code 10 when i look at the adapter in the device manager. Tried different drivers (As well as using a seperate reformatted hd with only windows installed) and i still cant get any internet access. Was wondering if nayone had any ideas as to what the problem could be?

It's possible that when the power supply blew, it took out the motherboard/network as well.
