Just as the title says. I've tried everything I can think of, sent the card back for a replacement and the new one still does the same so this leads me to believe it is something in the settings.

If anyone can suggest a fix i'll gladly try, reaching the end of my tether at this point :( thanks to anyone that can suggest anything

Is this in a laptop or desktop? Most likely a laptop. Does the issue replicate when you're at a different location connected to a different wireless network?
No it's in a desktop, I know wired ethernet is better but because of the layout of my house I can't use it, and it's not wired very well so my powerline adapter throttled the speed big time and I had to opt for a WiFi card. However my desktop is the only device in the house that has this trouble so I'd assume it's something to do with the way the card works with my system?

What do the application and system logs say in event viewer at the date and time it happens?
the events are flooded with random stuff due to all the things i've tried myself but this is one error message i got.

Device PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2526&SUBSYS_00148086&REV_29\4&2fca9684&0&00E6 had a problem starting.

Driver Name: oem46.inf
Class Guid: {4d36e972-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}
Service: Netwtw08
Lower Filters:
Upper Filters: vwifibus
Problem: 0x15
Problem Status: 0x0

I'm back from work now so i'm letting my PC download PUBG now and im not gonna touch it and keep an eye on it and see if it does it again soon.

What driver version is installed for the Intel 9260 Wireless card?
You can check in device manager.
Also is that all the info you have on the card?
I'll check the version for sure when I'm back from work but I'm 99.9% sure it's the latest one, I've been uninstalling and reinstalling it for days now trying to find out if it's an issue. Also that was the only event that said error, when the same thing happened yesterday (22/05/19) it didn't give me any events
