B3 Stepping of Q6600 had a TDP of 105, G0 (and later ?) Stepping of Q6600 has 95 TDP (and is a better overclocker).

I doubt the celeron can compete to the 45nm Atom. It'll be faster, yes, but ven underclocked the TDP of the Atom is 4W, this celeron uses nearly 10x as much power, for about 2-2,5x the speed.

Celeron days are over...

The dual-core E5200 looks promising power and pricewise.
Yet another move to make people buy their products before their newer Icore 7 products get released.
I rather want to see a lowcost low powerconsumption I7 soon.

Why would they make a Quad Core that is higher priced, has less cache, lower speed and without VT at all? The Q6600 is better then the Q8200 in all ways except that Q8200 is 45nm and Q6600 is 65nm. The only plus I see for the Q8200 is lower power consumption, even then I would not get the Q8200 over a Q6600.
