i have made up 3 diffrent builds of arund the price point of ~420 USD For Gaming i would like to know which of these builds is goning to last me the most in terms of computer proformance and upgradabilty and critsim to my builds is fine 😛

Not to be harsh; I absolutely appreciate the challenge of creating a budget build. Think of this not so much as just criticism, as calling out the compromises you selected in each one.

For all:
1. No hard drive listed.
2. No optical drive listed.
3. Apevia case; from my experience with their products, will be flimsy junk. I'd get a cheap Rosewill case and expect no-frills usability.
4. Corsair "CX" PSU is built with inferior capacitors. I'd put a 380W Antec Earthwatts here instead.

FX build:
MSI mobo is ancient-tech, known for VRM problems per https://spreadsheets.google.com/spreadsheet/pub?key=0AgN1D79Joo7tdE9xMUFlMEVWeFhuckJEVF9aMmtpUFE&gid=0 which is a dealbreaker.

Intel Build:
No other problems. The one I'd choose out of these three. Add some drives, and it is likely a decent business machine that can play some games. Address #1-#4, and this build works.

APU Build:
Having a FM2+ board is good for future growth, but being A55 imposes limitations like no SATA 6Gb/s. The graphics card is a little weak. For another $10, it could be a HD7770. It's ok as a "parents' PC" where upgrades are likely a non-issue, but is too limited for those who do want a good upgrade path.

oops i forgot to mention i have 2 spare HDD's that are going to be reused from a older rig that wont cut it anymore and is too expensive to upgrade

how much % is the I3 4130 faster in terms of RAW compute power ?

http://www.anandtech.com/bench/product/699?vs=677 is the closest comparison I found, to an Ivy Bridge i3; the Haswell will be faster, because a) it's Haswell, and b) it's clocked 200MHz higher. The two listed chips trade shots. Only two games are listed there; the FX is a little faster, but not by much, so I'm going to guess that the Haswell chip (especially with another 200MHz clock) would beat it, but not by much. Of course, you'd then be able to OC the FX to beat that, but not on a cheap MSI board, and not without an aftermarket cooler.

Well lets see... an I3 or FX 6300 or A10 6800k. AM3+is now a dead platform. Your A10 6800k build is somewhat pointless.Here's why in 11 days AMD will be lunching there A10 7850K APU! They have said it's built in GPU to = to a Readon HD 7750. Here's the thing with FM2+.AMD has not said if they are going to more then 4 cores down they road and it seems like it would be a while.

Your Intel 1150 build would be the one i would go with. Why? Gaming wise nothing AMD has can touch the 4770K if your were to upgrade to that down the road. Also Broadwell will lunch late 2014 early 2015 using the 1150 platform. I would also consider buying your parts at a www.microcenter.com local store if possible. For example that A10 and motherboard would cost you 139.99+ tax! Also 4gb of ram is on the low side.

Intel build. In a few years you can buy a 4770k for a nice upgrade. Plus the i3 has very fast cores and hyperthreading and it's (finally) a viable rival of the fx-6300.

It has B85 motherboard which has a few advantages over B81.. such as SATA600.
