Ive owned my Intel Arc B580 Limited Edition since release and has had issues up and down over the months but currently im having issues streaming any game to Discord or OBS etc. For example when I'm inside on oblivion im sitting around 120fps but when i start a discord stream at the lowest settings i fluctuate between 20fps and 60fps repeatadly back and forth and the game becomes unplayable.

My specs:
Intel arc b580
Ryzen 7 5800x
32gb 3600 ram
850w psu

Ive tried rolling back intel drivers, turning my overclock on/off, turning off all these settings in discord but to no avail. Nothing seems to stop the instability happening? Any ideas? I noticed my bios hasnt had an update in 4 years could this fix it?

What is the make and model of your motherboard and what BIOS version are you currently on? Be sure to enable Re-Bar in BIOS and see if that helps(provided the option exists on your motherboard BIOS).

850W is the advertised wattage of your PSU, please include the make, model and age of the unit.

As for the drivers, how are you rolling back drivers? Ideally, you're advised to remove all GPU drivers(Nvidia, AMD and Intel) in Safe Mode using DDU, then manually install the latest GPU drivers in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator(assuming you're on Windows OS).

Speaking of OSes, please state what OS you're on and what version(not edition) of the OS you're on. Make and model of your storage drives?

PSU: Corsair RM850 (bought 19th February 2020)
Motherboard: Asus AM4 TUF Gaming X570 Plus
Bios version 4021 (09/08/2021)
Rebar has been enabled since i installed the B580
On installation of the B580 i used DDU to uninstall all drivers before installing fresh intel ones but since ive been using intel software to rollback drivers
OS: Windows 10 Version: 10.0.19045

This is a known issue. Intel decided to remove streaming/screen capture from their drivers for some reason.

Try unchecking "show my screen share" in discord
