I'm building a new PC for digital audio, and have already decided to get the Intel BLKD975XBX2KR:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813121059

Are there any pitfalls to getting the OEM as opposed to the retail version?

The retail bundle includes:

Driver Disk
User Manual
Software Disk
2 x Floppy Drive Diskette
Rear I/O Panel Shield
IDE/PATA Cable
FDD Cable
4 x SATA Cable
Power Cable
USB Bracket

The OEM bundle reads like this:

User Manual
2 x Driver Disk
Rear I/O Panel Shield
IDE/PATA Cable
FDD Cable
2 x SATA Cable
Power Cable

So what's missing is a USB bracket, a couple of SATA cables, and whatever is on the floppies with the OEM.

I've never built a computer from parts before, and am not sure of what the practical difference between retail and OEM might entail. The price difference is around $40.

Thanks in advance for any insight.
