intel board beep code ?

anyone know where to find beep code list for intel board,its a intel S1200V3RP board ,and the led colour code,because everytime i start it up it start up and waiting for like 20 seconds and beep twice,is it normal or something wrong ? because theres no beep code list in the user manual ,and i m curious what is the function of 9 leds near the io shield

intel S1200V3RP board
intel XEON E3 1220
team group inc DDR3 1600 ECC REG memory
team dark L3 120GB ssd
windows server 2008R2 64-bit

thank you very much,but what does "recovery boot has been initiated" mean ? is it saying that theres something wrong with my board or bios ? ,i really don't understand

Check the BIOS jumper position on your motherboard. If it is in the reset position, switch it back. If not, try resetting the BIOS.

ok,ive just checked the board and all the jumper is on default

Move the jumper to the reset position, then power on the computer. Then power off, move it back, and reboot. Then see if you still get beep codes.
