Ram: Kingston 4gb hyper X 1333mhz = 50$
Video: GigaByte HD7770 = 120$

total: = around 335$
(i already have case and hdd500gb)*

please tel me if its ok system... i rly am on budget and need cheap gaming machine (and sry for my english )

A G-Skill 8Gb kit would only cost $64

for PSU, the EVGA 500B is only about $30 after MIR

There is a 7850 2GB from Newegg for $110 after MIR

maybe consider an FM2 build, an Athlon ii x 4 670k is about $70 for 4 "cores" and is unlocked for OC, it'll be a better long term investment unless you plan to get say an i5 later on

There is an 7790 for $80 after MIR

Here is an 7850 OC for $110 after MIR

Example AMD build, in order to get 6 "cores", the mb does not support SATA3
SATA3 only limits your theoretical SSD performance, real world difference is negligible

The Pentium G2020 would not perform well at all in games. I suggest getting at least a quad-core processor.
