Hey all,

I have a build that I am curious at how well it can game. Deciding on using my Xbox One or my PC, maybe upgrade GPU depends on this forum. Sad I know.

So Here's my build

Mobo: ASUS P7P55D-E
Socket: LGA1156
CPU: i7-860 2.80GHz
Memory: G.SKILL Ares Series 8GB
Speed: DDR3 12800
Model: Model F3-1600C9D-8GAO
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 650 (single fan)
Hard Drive: Seagate Barracuda ES 750GB ST3750641NS
Hard Drive 2: Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 500GB ST3500418AS
PSU: Rosewill XTREME RX950-D-B 950 Watt

Monitor: Toshiba 42" Plasma HDMI 1080P
Resolution set to: 1600 x 1024 (Doesn't matter I would change the rez is the game required)

So I have OC'd to see how well my spread sheets will do and editing pictures and audio and all that and it does well but since its an i7 860 1156 there is not a video on chip. I just want to know if this will do well with Elder Scrolls Online and Battlefield 4/Front line. I don't know if I should sell my xbox one and just do everything on PC. Hmmmmmmm........... Budget. IDK give me what you have for ideas for awesome graphics. I am thinking of upgrading to water cool something simple all in one Corsair IDK. Please let me know. Be rough with me on what you think would be a good idea.

If you sell your Xbox1 you could upgrade to a much better GPU, which would give you the biggest performance difference.
Your CPU is fine for ESO, but your GPU is fairly unimpressive for today's games.

If you get around $200 you can get a gtx 960 that should get you near max settings at 1080p (instead of that smaller resolution, kind of not making good use of your TV).

Any other upgrades will provide only extremely minor performance improvements, a new GPU will likely making a 50-100% difference.

I am about 8 to 10 FT away but I have played EVE online and it seemed to do well but it is such a low quality game but it still looked better than it used to haha.

$200 for the GPU? Doable after some time. Maybe sell my laptop that is from 2005 but it still works AMD based but not for games haha.

THanks for your help.
