Intel build vs AMD build

1. Dont get that motherboard, the 760G chipset it uses is not meant for the FX series.
2. The GPU is better on the AMD build and the CPU is better on the INtel build.

Here is a build that is better than both of those.

R9 270 has better performance than GTX 750 Ti but uses more power. Who cares! Power!!!

I think Novuake has the best build here. I do want to highlight this, I would not overclock the 8320 on those motherboards. If you are considering overclocking, save money and get a proper board to overclock with as well as an aftermarket CPU cooler.

Jip, although you can match the 8350 with the Asus board at least.

I'm not too much of an opportunist, but I thought I would highlight that one. You know people are people.

@T888, I honestly think you should buy Novuake's AMD build and then mirror all the parts for the second build except the motherboard and CPU. Then, buy the Intel i5-4440 and a H87 or H81 motherboard for the Intel PC. The performance will be very similar between the two.

Plenty of power for the Intel. It's not an AMD build so it doesn't need 550 watts PSU's. The machine would probably use less than 275 watts supplied. I know my 3570k with a 670 uses 300 from the wall (and has an SSD and two spinning disks) and the 270 probably uses 20 or so watts less than my 670. The newer i5 is probably using less than mine too since I have a slight OC going on...
