Is it feasible? I'm not talking about usability in the sense of gaming or professional graphic design. What I mean if it is actually feasible for such an entry level laptop to install Windows 10 (32 bit or 64 bit)? How's the experience for using those kind of laptops? How long will it last for light use (Web browsing, 720p video playback?) before it becomes outdated? 3 years?

I have seen several models like

Acer Aspire ES1-132 Win 10
Intel N3350, 11.6” LCD, 2GB, 500GB, Intel HD Graphic, No Optical Drive, Camera, Wifi, Bluetooth, Win 10 Rp 3,535,000

Acer Aspire ES1-432
Intel N3350, 14.0" HD Acer Cine Crystal, 2GB, 500GB, Intel HD Graphic, DVDRW, Camera, Wifi, Card Reader, DOS Rp 3,435,000

Asus E203NAH-FD011T/FD012T/FD013T/FD014T

Intel Celeron N3350, RAM 2GB DDR3, HDD 500GB, 11.6" HD LED, Intel HD Graphics, Win 10 Rp 3,255,000

Asus X441NA-BX001T/BX002T/BX003T/BX004T/BX005T

Intel Celeron Dual Core N3350, RAM 2GB, HDD 500GB, Intel HD Graphic, Screen 14" Wide LED, Windows 10 Rp 3,700,00

Those with Celeron are more affordable (read Cheaper) than i3 or even i5 laptops? If it is not usable, why do they still sell these kinds of laptops? I'd appreciate your opinion. Thanks

download win10. Try to install it. It will test your hardware and say yes/no. You can also look at the supported hardware table for win10 and see if you processor is included.

Win10 on old HW works ok. 2GB is minimum. It will be slow. Use the 32-bit version, it runs better in small memory and does not need some of the CPU instructions that win10 64 does.

Unless you get win10 for free (or nearly free by school purchase) you can likely buy a used laptop with win10 for not much more than the price of win10. A modern win10 laptop new is $300-$350 at best buy, likely cheaper if you hunt black friday sales.

i would never recommend a celeron laptop, they tend to under perform a lot even when browsing the internet or making word docs. The reason they are so cheap are due to how they are quite weak. They will only sustain very light use, and most people will have a few tabs open at a time and on modernweb browsers use up quite a bit of ram for which there is only 2gb in this. You can buy (In the uk) good laptops with 4gb ram and a quad core pentiums at around the same price. They wont have a huge boost in performance but will be a lot more usable in comparison.

Hi

In order of performance Intel processors designed for mobile or laptop or netbook or tablets
Atom, celeron pentium, i3 i5 i7

The power consumption is in the opposite direction

The atom with 2 or 4 cores and 2GB OF RAM is capable of browsing the internet or running ms office applications
Playing u tube videos full screen etc while a antivirus application is running in the background

With only 2GB of ram you need to be using 32 bit versions of windows.
in many Atom versions the bios or uefi is crippled to require 32 bit windows and no more than 2 GB of ram

With less power for low spec cpu the designer can give a longer battery run time or a smaller and lighter battery and case

I strongly advise buying one with windows 10 pre installed instead of trying to upgrade from DOS or Linux
It will include all the required device drivers and free copy of windows
