Intel Celeron G1820-Gaming

I don't know if it is good for gaming (paired with GTX 750Ti), to run games at some reasonable details and settings.
I will replace it with some i5 from haswell series after few years.
At first I was thinking about some Pentium G CPU, but then I heard that it is only about 5% better than celeron 1820 ? 😵

So, is this real ? It basically means that I can run any game at reasonable settings with this Celeron and GTX 750Ti ?

The pentium is better if you overclock it. The celeron can not be overclocked. The celeron is better when you compare both cpus at stock speeds though.

Ok, thanks So I'm good with any game (except few of them) which are released so far ? If I pair that CPU with 750Ti cuz I see that they work awesome together

Your performance will not be far off of this benchmark. When you have a mid to low range gpu, the cpu matters less. Cpu info can be found on pcper's site called quad core roundup.
