Hi,

When downloading files through FileZilla the Intel Celeron G1820 reaches 99% usage, and the mouse can barely move, with the screen freezing most of the time.

Any ideas what could be causing this?

Looking at your processors speed it almost looks like speedstep is disabled. Have you checked in your bios to see if it is enabled? the only other thing that I could think of that would cause that would be heat or the mouse barely wanting to move can mean your computer has joined to many ipv6 networks.

I don't use ipv6 for anything.

Could you explain what speedstep is/what it does please?
