Hi! I have a Intel Celeron N5100 (Dere D10 tablet) and i want to get better performance using it since the 6w power limit seems to be bottlenecking the performance really hard. In ThrottleStop can't change TDP because i see lock TDP Level. How to remove this lock ? Entering BIOS (F2) I don't have any advanced options. When i use "Readwrite everything" app and use command for TDP limits: “WRMSR 0x610 0x0 0x00DD8A00” 10W TDP i can't see effects. What it's wrong ??

It's probably locked down, and for good reason. Even if you could bump up the TDP, the cooling was designed around a 6W part and it'll just thermal throttle.
I have strong copper radiator on this CPU :) I heard that it can be done on processors with a locked TDP up to 6W but i don't know how to do this. When i add bellow script in RW app it's nothing happend:

@Echo OFF
CD \
CD C: \\ Program Files \\ RW-Everything
Rw.exe / Min / Nologo / Stdout / Command = "W16 0xFED170A8 0000"
Rw.exe / Min / Nologo / Stdout / Command = "W16 0xFED170AC 0000"
Rw.exe / Min / Nologo / Stdout / Command = "WRMSR 0x610 0x0 0x00008F00"
