Thats an Acer motherboard, which probably means its from a prebuilt. The socket can take any 2nd and 3rd gen processors, like an i5 3570 or an i7 2600. But you need to make sure they work. And the only way to do that is either look at a compatibility list from Acer (Which i doubt exists) or speak to a person who has replaced the CPU in his system.

If it has a PCIe x16 port, and a suitable Power Supply, yes you can.

If the graphics card doesn't require any additional power connections, then your power supply will be fine. However, make sure the motherboard can supply 75w to the PCIe slot, because some of those prebuilt computers were only made for 30w cards.
