So i got a laptop for x-mas 😍 but, heres the specs...

Processor: Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 847 @ 1.10GHz
Ok yes thats rubbish but, i know i can upgrade 🙂 spoke to pc world about it,

RAM: 6GB

OS: Win 8

Graphics card: Intel Mobile NM70 Chipset
Up to 1.7 GB (System Memory)

Can i upgrade the graphics card? i didnt ask pc world this, or how can i make it faster?

and also it freezes up sometimes?

no you cant upgrade the graphics

and quite honestly whatever pc world told you i doubt you could upgrade the cpu

even if you can its not going to be to a cpu that will make it much quicker

that chipset is limited to 35w cpus as far as intel is concerned from what i remember

sounds like one of pc worlds/currys cheap advent laptops to me

sorry, they said i had to upgrade the motherboard aswell haha, ive stripped the laptop down and seen it all, but the mother board has a am3 socket, which i believe is for amd/ati? but i may b wrong, anyways ive emailed advent about this problem so its all cool, and whats a hottop? :|
