Can the Intel Chipset B110 support a GPU with PCI Express x16 3.0?

as far as I can tell it will support it, but it will not run at full speed. for most cards this should not be a real issue though.

that will not be held up at all, but it seems the H110 chipset ( it turns out it is not B110) is really gimped. even the RAM bandwidth can be limited. I would look into b150.
