Intel chipset drivers crashed my pc

Afther installing the intel chipset driver the pc crashed showed a blue screen with large tex saying that the pc run into a problem and is collecting data. Then it turned off and started booting went past the windows booting logo and than showed a black screen with a mouse pointer that constantly changes between loading and busy... you can move the mouse pointer on the black screen and nothing else... I can't boot the laptop and I don't know what to do

Try booting into safe mode and updating any remarked drivers in device manager or rollback to a previous restore point.

What is your EXACT laptop model as listed on the label on the bottom of the unit or in the battery compartment under the battery.
