Better video card for a bit less.
Higher quality power supply comes with a 7 year warranty instead of the CX 3 year warranty.
The initial price would be about the same you would receive 20 bucks less in rebates but have better performance and a high quality power supply.

Just a suggestion. This build skips the somewhat overpriced locked 4690 for the 4590 which is cheaper and nearly as fast. Higher speed ram with lower latency. Much better quality psu. Also a slightly faster r9 285 vs the 270x.
