Question Intel control panel not showing up

Hey guys. My laptop (asus gl553ve) isnt showing the intel control panel anywhere. I reinstalled from intels website, used their tool, restarted my pc but it just wont show up in search nor desktop.
I reinstalled windows today but idk what to do

Did you reinstall your OS after recreating the bootable installer using Windows Media Creation Tools? If so, you should connect to the www and download the latest drivers for your iGPU provided you're talking about Intel's Graphics Control Panel and not the old control panel where all the apps would reside. I'm also assuming you're on Windows 10, which is I why I apologize if I've assumed as much. You didn't include much in the thread's body.

People tend to post in the wrong sections for legitimate questions which is why I ask to confirm.

w10 yes and i didnt reinstall it. there was an issue so we took it to a shop

Laptop vendors may have a modified graphics driver so that they can switch between integrated graphics and discrete graphics.
If you have reinstalled windows, reinstall all of the downloads from asus for your laptop.
